Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, If you get your Toosiee and its not the correct size then yes of course we can swap it for a different size. Toosiee can be tried on, but not warn or dirty.
Who covers return shipping?
If the return is because of it being faulty or the wrong Toosiee the mistake made by Toosiee, the the return shipping cost is on us!
If the return is because of change of mind, then shipping cost is to be covered by the customer .
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have recived your toosiee back and check it, then you refund will be processed ASAP!
